Discounted Tickets

At the Zoo we have some reduced entrance fees that are available under certain conditions.

Reduced tickets are available for children from 3 to 7 years old, for seniors over 65 years old, and for large families. It will be necessary to present an ID card or family book when entering the park, and large families must present their valid card to our park access personnel. 

Reduced admission is also available for persons with a degree of disability of 33% or more. This ticket, in addition, will include free access for one accompanying person who must accompany the disabled person and enter the park at the same time. It will be necessary to present a disability card or any other official document indicating such disability to our park access personnel.

Remember that these tickets cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts (with the exception of advance purchase discounts), offers or promotions. In order to benefit from these discounts, you will need to purchase the general rate.
