People with disabilities
Tickets for people with disabilities
People with a recognised disability of 33% or over can take advantage of our Reduced Ticket fee for people with disabilities. You can buy it in our online sales page or at the Zoo box offices. To be able to use this rate, you must show your ID card and the official document proving your disability (which must be 33% or higher).
This ticket includes access to the park for one free companion, who must enter the park together with the person with a disability and be the same person throughout the visit.
Services available for people with disabilities
At Zoo we have different services designed to facilitate the stay of our visitors. Those with reduced mobility can use our wheelchairs free of charge (subject to availability) and hire our electric wheelchairs (at a cost, subject to availability) to explore our park.
