Click&Collect in Zoo Aquarium de Madrid

At Madrid Zoo Aquarium we want your visit to be the most complete experience and for so, we offer you Click&Collect, a new service to buy your menu and save time during your visit at lunchtime.

Do you want us to tell you how it works?

• With Click&Collect you can reserve your menu and other restaurant products from our Virunga Hamburger Restaurant from your mobile phone, before going to eat. On the day of your visit to Zoo you only have to enter the Click&Collect purchase website, select all the menus you want and add the extras you want. You can pay directly from your phone in a totally secure way.
• You will have your order prepared in the restaurant at the time you have selected when placing the order (available from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.). You just have to show the confirmation email to our staff and you can pick up your order directly, without waiting in line!

We recommend that you go to the restaurant on time to pick up your order at the time you have selected. Before placing your order, remember to check the schedules of our educational activities and prepare your route by looking at our map, so you will make the most of your visit! At the moment, you can enjoy the service at our Virunga Hamburger Restaurant. Soon we will have more restore points available in Click&Collect!
